Elizabeth Gillies
Gillies started her career as an actress as a child at the age of 12, after which she began going to public castings within the community. She began her acting career at the age of 12 years of age. She started appearing in Virgin Mobile commercials. Gillies's first appearance on television was as a character who appeared during three segments on The Black Donnellys. Her parents refused to allow her to see the entire program because they believed it wasn't appropriate. [citation needed] In 2008 she appeared in small roles in the show The Clique, Harold, and Locker 514. This summer, she was also cast as Lucy in a Goodspeed show of Robert's new musical 13 along with her future Victorious co-star, Ariana Grande. The following year, 13, moved to Broadway, which made it the only Broadway production with the entire cast and orchestra comprised of teens. Her biggest two numbers, "Opportunity", and "It can't be true", were and were followed by smaller parts in numbers such as "Hey Kendra", "Getting Ready" and "It's a Good Thing. Gillies was part of the show all the way through January 4, 2009.
